Fig portfolio company Property Detective has released a major update to its website, making it a more useful resource than ever for those researching their next home move.
The Property Detective tool allows people to search for their ideal home according to lifestyle criteria that matters to them, such as access to schools, crime rates and transport links. This information is then pulled into a single downloadable PDF that can be taken along to any property viewing.
The team has now released a host of new data, sections and functionality, effectively doubling the size of the reports and information available.
The new sections include:
- Politics – showing the political makeup of the property’s constituency, ward and local area
- Noise – focusing on the noise pollution from busy road, motorways and train stations nearby
- Amenities – giving an indication of broadband speeds, water hardness and who the local council is
- Travel – containing revamped travel times and information on every travel connection resident might need from trains to tubes, buses to boats, airports to Eurostar
And many more…
As well as this, the company has been approved as a member of the Council of Property Search Organisations (COPSO), falling under the jurisdiction of the Property Ombudsman, meaning its reports have been vetted for quality.
Congratulations to the Property Detective team, after months of long days and very hard work!
